Scope. This policy covers the public marketing website at ppecare.org only. It does not cover the PPECare application used by licensed centers. That system processes protected health information and is governed by separate notices and agreements. Contact PPECare for the documents that apply to your center.
The short version
- No cookies This site sets no cookies of any kind, including analytics and preference cookies.
- No analytics There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no marketing pixel.
- No third-party scripts Every stylesheet, script, image, and video loads from ppecare.org. Nothing is fetched from an external host.
- No forms There is no form on this site. Contact happens through your own email client.
- No accounts You cannot register, log in, or create a profile here.
What is collected
Server logs
This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Like any web host, the infrastructure records standard technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer, and user agent string. These logs exist to operate and secure the service. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data source.
Email you send us
The contact links on this site open your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send the message. When you do, we receive whatever you wrote, along with your email address and any information your mail provider attaches.
We use that message to answer you and, where relevant, to schedule and prepare a product walkthrough. We retain business correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for ordinary business record-keeping.
Do not send protected health information by email. Please keep patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, and any other PHI out of your messages to us. If patient data needs to be discussed, we will agree on an appropriate secure channel first.
What is not collected
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, location data, or behavioral data through this website. We do not track you across other sites, and we do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with advertisers or data brokers.
Video playback
The product tour is a video file served directly from ppecare.org. It is not embedded from YouTube, Vimeo, or any other platform, so watching it does not expose you to a third-party tracker. Playback state stays in your browser and is never transmitted.
Your choices and rights
Because this site collects almost nothing, there is usually nothing to request. Where you have corresponded with us by email, you may ask us to provide a copy of that correspondence, correct it, or delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of them, write to sales@ppecare.org with the subject “Privacy request.” We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
This website is aimed at operators and staff of PPEC centers, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Note that this concerns the website only; care records about children are handled inside the PPECare application under the separate agreements referenced above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because it is a static site with no database, no forms, and no accounts, there is no visitor data store on our side that could be breached.
External links
Some pages link to state agencies and official regulatory sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that changes the picture above, such as analytics, a hosted contact form, or an embedded widget, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date before or at the same time as the change goes live.
